ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to Fun Holidays - India a India based travel agency whose registered office is at 5 Jha 81, Jawahar Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India - 302004.

Fun Holidays currently providing hotel room reservations, hotel packages reservations, tour packages, custom packages, transportation services for their customers. The terms "we," "us," and "Company" refers to Fun Holidays - India and "you" refers to the customer booking a reservation through us directly through this web site, or indirectly through phone, fax or email. All bookings you book with us are subject to the following Booking Terms. You accept these booking terms on behalf of all members of your party. BOOKINGS

1. All bookings can be made no later than 72 hours prior to check-in date and subject to availability.
2. All hotel room rates quoted are on per room per night basis and inclusive of taxes.
3. The total cost of your booking is the indicated room rate multiplied by the number of nights in your reservation.
4. Payment in full is required 48 hours prior to your check-in at the hotel else, the booking will not be considered bona-fide, and will be automatically cancelled.
5. The payable amounts include room charges and room taxes, for the room type and number of nights you selected.
6. After receiving the full payment we will send you the hard/soft copy of confirmation vouchers with details of hotel. we would not be responsible for any inconvenience caused to you due to not following the procedures.

BOOKING MODIFICATION

1. Modifications are allowed only up to 72 hours in advance of check-in date for the hotel(s) you book.
2. To modify reservations, you may change Check-in Date, Length of Stay, Number of Rooms Booked, Type of Rooms Booked for the hotel(s) you book or you can add another hotel(s) in your booking.
3. If you want to completely cancel a hotel booking and want to book another hotel, in this case you will be pay the cancellation amount charged by the hotel (Please note the cancellation charges vary hotel to hotel) + Our Service Charges (US$ 10 - INR 500).

CANCELLATION

1. If you want to completely cancel a booking, in this case you will be pay the cancellation amount charged by the hotel (Please note the cancellation charges vary hotel to hotel) + Our Service Charges - (US$ 10 - INR 500).

PAYMENT MODE

you make your payments in one of the following mode.

1. By Cheque :
   Payments can also be made by Cheque. Please bear in mind, the Cheque should get cleared 48 hours prior to your check-in at the hotel else, the booking will not be considered bona-fide, and will be automatically cancelled. The Cheques should be made in the name of “Fun Holidays” payable at JAIPUR - RAJASTHAN - INDIA.
2. By Demand Draft :
   Payments can also be made by Bank Demand Draft. Please bear in mind, the Demand Draft should get cleared 48 hours prior to your check-in at the hotel else, the booking will not be considered bona-fide, and will be automatically cancelled. The Demand Draft should be made in the name of “Fun Holidays” payable at JAIPUR - RAJASTHAN - INDIA.
3. By Credit Cards
   For Credit Cards payments we are using paypal.com, we will send you a payment link so you will make the payment from Credit Card.

REFUNDS

If we have any refund with us for you, in the case of booking modifications or booking cancellation, we will refund that amount to you from the method suggested by you.
